		<description>I saw something nearly identical to this (it was even raining that day too)on the train from Victoria to Peckham. I also thought they were foxgloves at first. I&#039;ve seen these flowers in the Walthamstow Marsh. I don&#039;t know what they are called but I am deteremined to find out.

I&#039;m glad you got this pic because now I can show people instead of trying to explain it to them.</description>
